No! We have a fully stocked farmhouse. We have a variety of cotton and flannel sheets for the warmer and cooler months.
We like to say that our house is “fully stocked” with all the cooking items, pans pots tools etc. you might need. We also have some dry goods like seasonings, cooking oil and condiments. However, we ask that you please replace any pantry items that you use while cooking in the kitchen.
We do not have central A/C but in the summer months we do have some window units that do a good job cooling down the house if necessary. We also have plenty of portable fans for the bedrooms.
Yes! We have a spring fed well, and think that it tastes delicious!
Yes, please! We love having pets at the farm. We just ask that you bring a pet cleaning fee of $150 per animal when you check in for your stay. We also have a horse barn with two newly renovated stalls if you’d like to bring your friend for a trail ride! Horse fee is $400 per stall, per stay.
We are about 25 minutes to Bromley Mountain and about 30-35 mins to Stratton. We have had numerous guests stay with us while skiing and everyone says the ride is super beautiful and enjoyable!
Albany International. It’s just about an hour from the farm. You can find directions here.(javascript:void(0)) Other options include, Bradley International and Burlington Airport, which are both about 2 hours from the farm.
Not here! However, we can put you in touch with local drivers if you’d like a ride for the evening.
We live in a rural Vermont town – we have WiFi but it's most likely not as good as the WiFi in your home. If you are coming to the farm and plan to be on your devices a lot while you’re here, please consider staying elsewhere or making other arangements. There are however several local business with free WiFi. The Barn @ Center Hill (https://thebarnatcenterhill.com)in Manchester is also open with rentalble office space for day work.
